This document is one of the IDeALL case studies forms and it shows the main data of the ZWERM project (ZWERM - stimulating urban neighbourhood self-organization through gamification) made in Belgium. The challenge of this project is to engage citizens in their neighbourhood and stimulate interactions in a playful way through an ICT based gamification project, so as to fight loneliness and individualism in the city of Ghent. The methodology used in this project consisted of getting a feel for potential user needs and an idea selection. For testing, Living Lab tests were carried out.
